Dear Pet/House Owner(s),
I am 50 and currently re-training into another career. Whilst I am studying from home (online training) I am available again for house and pet-sitting, in addition, to 2 years over the last 6 years.
* Recently I house/pet-sat for 2 cats and one very active dog in a large house in the inner west. I spent at least 3 hours just with the animals in addition to sharing the space and occasionally my bed (ha ha, I love it). I cook for and feed the animals, play, walk the dog and groom them. I have two cats living with my family and I miss them dearly.
* At present, I cat-sit till end of August 2018.
* I have a valid police check, first aid certificate and references including from previous childminding.
* I like to keep the routines and eating habits of the animals I look after so I will feed and cook for them the same meals they are used to.
* I will also take very good care of your home, garden, pool etc. as if it was mine and keep it clean and tidy, I promise. At some point of my life I used to clean for a living.
* Pet/house sitting is a matter of trust so I would like to meet the owners and the pets prior and likewise you shall get to meet me in person to determine whether you are comfortable.
* I usually don't register on these kind of websites as my placements are generally through word of mouth. I do have references but so far the people who used me are not members thus can't post a review on this website but are available for feedback.
