Hi we're Sonja and Michael, an active mature aged couple, non-smokers, who are house proud, animal lovers and enjoy being outdoors, taking walks, cycling , gardening, exploring new areas and overseas travel.
Pre-covid we enjoyed minding our friends property in France with sheep, chickens and 3 lively dogs. Locally, on the Northern Beaches, we regularly pet sit for family and friends. We are available to house sit and care for your pets on the Northern Beaches of Sydney from mid April 2023.
Our dates are flexible as we're between homes. It would be a privilege to look after your home, keep your pets happy and to attend to some gardening and grounds maintenance.
Michael is also an excellent handy man
able to complete small odd jobs too!

Several times we have had Sonja and Michael come to mind our dog, Hank Cocker Spaniel x
We've found them to be reliable, clean & tidy, and good communicators.
We had peace of mind knowing Hank was in safe hands.
They did a great job keeping his routine, giving lots of hugs and playtime, and taking plenty of walks. Often he would just sit whilst they gardened in the sun which he loves to do.
It's lovely to come home each time to a very happy Hank.

Review 2022 various times throughout the year:
Sonja and Michael have looked after our American Staffie, Connie several times.
She is always well cared for, and given plenty of love and affection. We love the frequent updates of their time playing in the park, and going on long walks, which gives us peace of mind while away. She’s always very happy and content when we get home.
Both Michael and Sonja are highly reliable people, who respected our home and possessions, which was well kept, neat, and tidy.
Communication between us was easy. Would definitely recommend them.

Hello Sonja and Michael,
Thank you for once again coming to look after our two cats. It is very reassuring to know that they were so well looked after in our absence.
They both appeared happy and content, and did not appear to have missed me at all - which is a good sign!!
Thank you also for watering my plants - was a relief to come home to no casualties!
I hope you will be available the next time I am away, it certainly takes the stress out of leaving your home, knowing that someone is staying and looking after everything as if it were their own.
