I am a retired high school teacher very active and fit. I have recently sold my house and would like to see more of Australia before I reinvest. I'm not a "grey nomad" I like to settle in a community, even for a short period of time. Being on my own, I like to have animals around. I have owned dogs, cats, fish etc. I am extremely careful and caring in my own property and would be equally vigilant in the property of others.
