Hi Everyone!
I'm a single, active, mature, friendly lady who worked in business and many different industries.
After operating two different businesses, I took off in a totally different direction of taking on challenging roles in Security/Loss Prevention, Field Worker in Gold Mining Underground, Professional Property Management (Remote Rural Cattle/Sheep Station in Heritage Homestead, Rural Homesteads on Acreages, Horse and Sheep Hobby Farm, and Caretaking of different properties (Surfers Paradise Highrise Apartments & others). I enjoyed being on the move, loving my time out in the vast open spaces while being paid to do caretaking out on a historical remote outback station in a Heritage Homestead (Moonaree Station SA), or on different rural acreages with homes in SA, Vic and Qld.
Always caring for dogs, cats, birds and other pets.
My earlier years I spent working in Adelaide then later living out on a sheep station in SA when married.

i love living close to coastlines and beaches..While working and living away in different areas I always took time to go visit my parents, family & friends in Australia and overseas.

I lived on the Gold Coast 25yrs, then
moved up to live on the Sunshine Coast for 6yrs. I often did trips to SA to see my ailing parents Qld.
I lived in Gympie for 18mths then moved to the coast looking for other with rentals but it been hard.

I love being near natural scrubland in the beautiful Qld bush with wild animals, birds and nature. But I also love being nearer coastlines and beaches. I've enjoyed all types of aquatics sports in the past, boating, walking beaches and enjoying the Qld lifestyle. It's the perfect place to walk, swim, be out in a boat or doing other coastal activities.

I take sits that require less heavy work loads now, preferring to enjoy the company of cats and dogs. I walk dogs daily on beaches or in dog parks as long as they happily socialise with other people & dogs. Cats can be walked on a leash (if trained) or placed in large caged cat runs outside to protect wild birds.
I'm experienced with many assorted dog and cats breeds, sizes and ages but prefer looking after smaller to medium mature dogs that are well trained, socialise well with people & dogs, and well trained on recall.

I like staying active with daily walks, swimming, strength and fitness classes, different dance classes and Tai Chi etc.
I'm a non smoker, social drinker and love nothing better than to chill out by the water.

I'm currently looking for a permanent secure long-term rental so staying at housesits and in temporary accommodation.

I enjoy movies, reading, writing, sewing, art, design, boating, motorbikes, swimming, snorkeling & walking.

I'm an active Pensioner so able to move around freely where I can, but I enjoy working in sales. Also as a qualified Austswim teacher of many years with children, I prefer teaching adults to swim in private sessions, as many adults and seniors can't swim.
Water movement is the healthiest exercise for any age or body weight.
I'm currently am not taking classes.

I have excellent references from past rentals, many housesit owners & personal references.

I am reliable, honest & trustworthy, with a security background.

I have excellent rental history and references from my previous agents and landlords in Gympie and others.
I am fastidious, very detailed and organised. I care for your pet's diets, administer medications if required (tho I've never administered injections). I have a police clearance, Austswim Licence and WWCC Blue Card (Work With Children & vulnerable persons). I get on well with children, adults, Aged Citizens & people with disabilities.

I love most breeds of dogs, cats & farm animals, aquatic pets & wildlife. I have had my own dogs and a cats in the past.
