Hi! We’re Matt (30) and Claire (26), a married couple with a one-year-old son named Reggie. We’ve been married for three years and are currently based in the south of Adelaide. We moved to Adelaide at the start of 2024 and have fallen in love with SA. We are currently working hard to save for our first home and see housesitting as an opportunity to do that while helping others out.

Matt is three years into his electrical apprenticeship and works predominantly in the southern suburbs. Claire is a stay-at-home mum and has loved the opportunity to care for Reggie full time.

As a family, we love spending time outdoors—whether it’s walking, hiking, or cycling together. Matt is very hands-on and enjoys tackling light maintenance jobs. He’s more than happy to assist with tasks that may pop up around your home, if needed, and takes particular pride in keeping a lawn neat and well-kept!

Claire has a natural love for creating a warm and welcoming home environment. She takes great pride in keeping things clean, tidy, and well-organised. Reggie is a wonderful part of our little family—he loves tagging along on our outdoor adventures and is always giggling at the funny things animals do!

Both of us grew up with animals and have always had pets in our lives, including dogs, cats, birds, and guinea pigs. We even spent three months living and working on a farm, helping care for cows, pigs, geese, and chickens.
