Hi there!

I'm Laura, a 32 year old primarily remote professional who has called Australia home for over 8 years, living in Brisbane, Newcastle and Sydney.

With me now working from home most of the time, I would like to house sit in different areas across NSW, especially regional and or outer Sydney, to get to know and explore different places and hopefully find a place to call home longer term.

I grew up on a farm in Germany with dogs, horses, chickens and cats and have learned from a young age, how important it is to take responsibility but also find someone that you can trust and rely on. Especially when going on holidays with family for a longer period, it was not always easy finding someone who could take care of everything whilst we were away. So, I understand how it feels to be away from your pet and home, and I hope to provide you with the comfort and ease of knowing that everything is in good hands :)

I love exploring different places and have worked, lived and done different house sits across Australia a few years ago in Brisbane, Newcastle and Sydney with different pets as well as garden and farm care - many different breeds of dogs and cats, including rescue (we had rescued dogs and cats back when I was in Germany).

What you can expect from me:
- During my sits I stay at your home and do the job requested. Taking care of your pets, but more importantly, giving your pets lots of cuddles, love and fun times.
- Ensure your pet's needs are met us usual - feeding / medical needs / exercise / play time.
- During my stays I am of course available to phone call or video call you, stay in contact via text message / WhatsApp and if preferred, happily keep you updated with pictures and little stories of your pets / house and everything else.

My interests:
- I am a very active person and love the outdoors, often going for morning walks / runs as well as lunchtime and afternoon / evening walks / runs.
- On weekends I usually explore the outdoors, and if allowed, would of course love to take your dog with me when exploring.
- I love nature and tend to unwind reading books or cooking, enjoying the simple things in life.
