We are a couple aprox 60 years of age
I (Marie) currently live in newcastle nsw.
I work 1 day a week with anglican care as a community aged care worker.
I love my work and have worked in this role for aprox 25years . I've worked with anglican care for seven years.
I enjoy caring for the elderly and have recently cut back my hours with the view to easing into retirement.
I have previously had the joy of owning 3 pugs, a mini fox terrier and a red setter and believe I have a good rapport and understanding of caring for dogs.
My daughter owns a bengal cat and I care for him whenever she goes away.
I enjoy gardening and have a good understanding of caring for gardens as I worked at a nursery when I first left school.
I also enjoy reading ,listening to music and the beach.
Gary also has owned dogs all of his life and he really enjoys their company.
Gary has recently finished rebuilding his home on a 60 acre property in rural victoria that was burnt down in the black saturday fires.
He rebuilt most of it himself and can turn his hand to anything mechanical and is very experienced in building and repairs around the house.
During Gary's working life he has operated earthmoving machinery and worked for volvo for many years.
We love being on the Gold Coast and would enjoy a long stay in our retirement.
We are a quiet couple who are respectful of our own and other people's property.
