More information about this house sitter

I live in the Eastern suburbs of Adelaide in a flat. I am new to Mind a Home and looking for times away in the country around Adelaide. I am commencing a writing project and am hoping that some changes of scene will give me the space to forge ahead with it. I have many interests, including reading, classical music and economic theory. I am a non-smoker and a non-drinker. I love animals (and miss not having one of my own to care for) and enjoy their company greatly - dogs, cats and birds. I am a keen bike rider and like country settings. I have three adult children who are all doing well. I am looking forward to taking care of homes in various locations within reasonable distance of Adelaide, because I still do a half day's work a week for an organisation which specialises in bush regeneration and land care in the Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu Peninsula. Character references are available and I am happy to supply them.
