Hello, my name is Gina. I am a quiet, friendly, tidy and respectful 48 yo female available for house sitting in the Blue Mountains of NSW (and other parts of NSW by request).



My details:



* 48 yo, kind, gentle, mature and responsible

* Non-smoker, don't take drugs, hardly drink

* Very clean and tidy, meticulous

* Loving, kind and gentle to all animals

* Very good with sensitive animals

* Work from home on my laptop, knitting, making products for selling, artist and crafter

* Stay home at night with your pets

* Quiet and respectful to neighbours

* No pets of my own



I'm clean and tidy and my preference is for housesits in a very clean and tidy home in the Blue Mountains of NSW (other parts of NSW are welcome as I don't mind travelling but would like some remuneration for travel costs - petrol, tolls, etc.).



I am excellent with all animals and have had experience with cats, dogs (large and small), chickens, fish, rabbits, budgies and horses. I love all animals and I do best with less energetic pets. Sensitive pets are ok too as I'm very sensitive myself and can show compassion and gentle care. I'm also best with only 1 dog, more than one dog is difficult for me to handle on my own. Love, respect, care and attention would be given to all animals.

I will maintain the cleanliness of your home, water your plants, collect mail and put out garbage bins. I will do what you want me to do. I respect it is your home and your rules.



***Please note: I do appreciate use of your Internet, washing machine and utilities for showers and baths. I do not require a full pantry, but staples would be appreciated. I will buy my own groceries and not leave your pantry completely empty.



I love knitting and watching movies. I'm very quiet. I don't have parties and do most of my socialising online, but may have a friend visit very occasionally depending on the location and duration of the housesit so that I'm not too lonely.

I'm a non-smoker. I don't take drugs and I rarely drink. I have no pets of my own.

I have a police clearance certificate and many references available to send to you.

***Special Service: For first time housesits, I take photos/videos of your pet to text/email to you for your peace of mind. For repeat housesits, I may send a text/email update once per week to let you know everything is going fine with your loved ones and your home.
