My name's Glenda. I'm 63. I'm a former farmer from SA. I live in a motorhome and have done house sits in Byron Bay, Lismore, Dunoon, Bangalow and Ocean Shores in NSW and Port Lincoln, Laura and Quorn in South Australia.
Some of these are repeat house sits.
I'm a capable woman, mother of 4 adult children and 'Gram' to six grand daughters. I've house sat cattle, dogs, cats, fish, spiders and mice! I'm also a former owner, manager of my own healing and massage clinic in SA before I decided to become a nomad.
I'm a gardener and quite like getting on a mower!

Joanne, a friend of mine, is wanting to try house sitting again after a numbe of years. So she's decided to try it with me initially. Jo is 51. She's from Bundaberg in Qld. She's a rural person and gardener too. She lived near Mt Perry Qld for 17 years. She's been acccounts manager for a resort in SA and having changed states is currently the director of the art gallery in Gin Gin, Qld. Joanne has previously worked on an egg farm and has a love of chooks!
Our only possible hiccough re house sitting is that Joanne has a cat...an old, social cat who won't leave her side. Her cat is frightened of chooks! Other than that she's well trained.
Both Jo and I are well educated, responsible, socialable people who savour new experiences and meeting new people.
