Why should all house sitters have insurance ?

Public Liability Insurance is for the protection of both you and the house sitter. For you, you never have to worry about things. For example, if a house sitter goes to the bathroom and the toilet overflows, covering an inch on the downstairs floor before anyone notices... the public liablity insurance will cover it. Is your house sitter insured ?
