I'm fairly quiet. I'm considerate of others and respectful of other people's property. I would care for your property as l would my own. I'm a bit of a handyman and dont mind doing some maintenance l have lived in Queensland for a few years but l have rented out my house and sailed my boat (a 34 foot sloop) to Shoalhaven Heads to be near my partner 'Astrid .She has her own home in Shoalhaven heads and I'd be spending some time with her and some time on my boat . She says she would enjoy helping me with walking the dogs .You can find my listing in the online directory under piano tuners .Although I've lived in Queensland I was born in Wollongong. Grew up in Warilla and went to Kiama high. I have family here and whenever l came back l always felt like l was coming home . The reference from Albion Park would not upload in its complete form.
