Hello!

We are Manu and Cristina, a social, happy, and adventurous couple who love traveling, meeting new people, and discovering new places around the world.

We met in Australia a few years ago and since then we have become one, supporting each other in every aspect of life and starting our journey around the world. We travelled and worked in Australia for 3 years. At the beginning of 2019, we travelled to Argentina to visit Manu´s family and then spent the summer in Spain. In September 2019 we moved to New Zealand where we worked and studied for a few months in Christchurch. In February 2020, we travelled to Samoa to start a volunteer experience at a Beach resort for a couple of months. During that time covid-19 hit the world and Samoa closed its borders cancelling our flight out of the country. Since then, we were happily stuck in Samoa living a beautiful life on an island in the middle of the Pacific for 2 years. Sharing our lives with local people, learning about Samoan culture, and helping with local projects brought us joy in those difficult times away from family. We could say that our six-week volunteering holiday turned into an unforgettable 2 years of our lives! After 2 years of living in Samoa, we visited family in Europe before starting our adventure in WA, Australia, where we are now.

Get to know us better:

Manu: I am from Argentina, (also Italian citizen) I am 37 and I have been traveling and living new experiences around the world for the last decade. From the time I began, I have liked it more and more. I am a PE teacher and lifeguard, but I have worked in many different fields. I am a person who likes to do things and keep myself busy. Always predisposed to collaborate and help with new projects, I have gained experience volunteering and working in different countries- which helped me learn and improve my building, cooking, teaching, and gardening skills. I intend to share my knowledge and learn everything I can, and always with a smile and good humor. Currently, I am working as a Carpenter and I really enjoy what I do.

Cristina: I am from Spain, and I am 34. I graduated in Business and Management with four years’ experience as a Product Manager in a multinational company. I studied a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and finished a 4-month course of Tour Guiding in Australia. Last year I finished my B. A. Degree in Primary School Education in Spain. I am a person with a great sense of responsibility- dynamic, motivated, well-organized and a fast learner. I have been involved in many different projects that have helped me grow and discover the beauty in life. I love working with people and I am always ready for new challenges.

Since we have been together, we have learned from each other, shared wonderful experiences, and helped with different projects while meeting new people and cultures.

Many of our hobbies include reading, meditating, surfing, slacklining, outdoor sports, yoga, gardening, cooking, photography, enjoying relaxing music and appreciating the little things.
