Fit , active, multi skilled, and very well house trained, single male , with a great affiliation to animals , having had experience with my own dogs, cats etc, and growing up around farms, working in the building industry,( my own business at times), having a wide variety of experience in trades, and people, I find this a fascinating way of spending semi retirement visiting different places, and learning as I go.
Non smoker, and quiet living.

House sits over the last 18 months:-

Kyneton , 3 months ,house with no pets
Yarragon South , 2 months, house on 65 acres with 80 sheep, and 1 kelpie dog.
Timboon, 2 months , farm house with 3 dogs, 15 chooks, and 2 cats.
Mount Marsden , NSW, house on 100 acres,6 weeks, with 18 cows, 1 cattle dog, and 2 cats.
Pakenham Upper, house on 13 acres, 3 weeks, with 2 horses,2 dogs, 8 chickens, and 1 angry rooster.
Heathcote, house, 4 weeks, with 1 rottwieler dog ,
Stratford, East Gippsland, 10 weeks, house on 20 acres with 7 horses, 1 donkey, 3 dogs, and 1 very old boss cat.
Cowes, Phillip Island,4 weeks, house with 2 dogs , and lots of beach walking.
