Hi there, I’m Shelley! My kids are growing up, and I’m always up for another adventure to ad to the memories before they are all moved out!

The children are now 18, 16, 14 & 11. My 18yr old prefers to stay home now, and I can bring one or more of my other kids (depending on dates and their busy schedules), or sometimes even come alone to look after your home.

We enjoyed our first house sit at a farm stay in Chinchilla around 6years ago, looking after 3dogs and 60 head of cattle. The farmers had not been able to get away for a holiday for 8yrs, and we had been in a bus for many years (use of a big couch was bliss) so it was a blessing for both families.

Since then we have been in Tamborine for a 6mths farm stay on 34acres with 3dogs, a cat, 4 alpacas and 15 chickens. We’ve also enjoyed shorter stays in Bellbird park with a beautiful friendly Labrador, Mudgeeraba with 3 bulldogs (one was disabled and needed some extra help bless her). And a full 12month stay in a home at Redbank.

Currently, we are living in our own home in the Lockyer Valley, but because I have agreed to take other animals from time to time and I’m even on a couple of wills to take on 3 dogs and a cat, from different homes, I do not have pets at the moment, and I’m free to look after yours.

We all love animals, and are comfortable keeping with different families rules with regards to pets boundaries. We respect that some families don't allow animals inside the home, whilst others treat them as children and let them sleep on the beds.

Our family lived primarily in SMALL spaces for more than 10yrs as we traveled Australia in a bus, so your home will accommodate us comfortably (regardless of its size). I am happy to bring mattresses/campbeds for the teens to sleep in the living room as long as you are comfortable with that.

We would love to be considered to take care of your home and 4legged family while you are away.
