Hi, I'm Karen. I love travelling, gardening, animals and healthy food. My professional career has been in the health care industry, and as a result of my knowledge and experience I love being fit and healthy and being out in nature as much as possible. I'm an avid gardener and love pets of all shapes and sizes. I'm also a Christian and attend church regularly. When I'm at home you can find me on my verandah reading in the sunshine with my dogs, or in the garden harvesting my organic produce. :D
