Hi there,

I’m Sandy, a Cairns local who is a fit and active, caring, passionate and highly experienced pet and home minder. I love all that house-sitting is about. You really can be a 'dog person' and a 'cat person' - I am proof of this. Both are delightful and often fascinating creatures. Also fairly handy about the home, pool and with garden care - I love gardening and pottering around.

A none smoker, no pets of my own with me now - our dog Humphrey, a Puggle, is with my youngest daughter in Melbourne, and was bought for her, so he inevitably was going to move out. But I still miss him lots.

I have my own vehicle (not a van), and have family here should I need help with a palm frond hanging precariously etc. Workwise, I have a small online business and am a writer for the coaching industry and this allows me to have lots of free time to care for your pets and homes.

Aside from my many reviews on here I have other phone and written references, plus a current Police Check. Happy to come and meet with you and your pets (if any) in-person where possible, or via Zoom/FaceTime beforehand.
