I am a single retired woman who has recently sold her home in NSW and is now moving to the Sunshine Coast where I am building a new home. Over the past two years I have volunteered at Oz Harvest as well as a voluntary role with CanCare St George looking after an 81 year old man following prostate cancer diagnosis.
I was born in NZ and have had cats all my life whilst living in NZ but since living in a unit in NSW have been unable to keep a cat. My son has cats and I am used to them being kept as inside cats. Unfortunately cannot find appropriate photos.
Whilst I have never owned a dog I am comfortable around the smaller breeds and close friends of mine have a miniature poodle which I visit a lot. Very confident about caring for such a pet.
I am also a very keen gardener and over the years have maintained a balcony garden whilst living in Sydney - in NZ it was a full scale garden which I thoroughly enjoyed maintaining. I am very happy to look after both indoor and outdoor plants and have had over the years much success with my own plants.
I am very house proud and extremely clean and tidy. As I am retired I will have no calls on my time so you can feel confident that I will be able to give your pets and your garden all the attention they require.
I walk 90 minutes every day and consider myself fit and able for my age.
I have a police check available if required and would be more than happy to meet prior to any appointment.
