Hello,
I am a 48 year old male. I'm clean, tidy, professional, responsible and a good communicator. Non-smoker, non-drinker, quiet and courteous.
You can be confident that I will care for your home as I have done so for my own.
I work full-time (9-5) in a professional role in the Brisbane CBD, and have had this same employer for the last 23 years.
I have recently sold my house and my belongings are now in storage. Am trying to house sit during the rest of 2022 until I am ready to purchase another house. I don't wish to rush this process.
Previously, I have rented properties (for over 10 years) and have all positive references and experiences. Since 2008, I owned my own house.
I have common sense and understand how to look after a property and how to deal with unexpected issues. I will follow your instructions regarding caring for your property.
I've had pets (cats, dogs, chickens) for over 20 years and therefore have lots of experience looking after them.

As part of my employment requirements, I have to have successful mandatory police check.
I have also had a Blue Card for many years (which includes a police check).
My employment conditions also require me to be fully vaccinated.
(I'm covid free and am test regularly as part of my employment).
