Highly competent property carer!

Handy, very competent property manager and animal carer.
Trained in animal first aid, I can administer medication and care for dogs, cats, birds, livestock - horses. I can even lunge, work, rug, feed horses if needed.

Can operate all tools, machinery, mowers, vehicles, bikes etc. and while I can live in any standard, I am fastidious cleaner, and I appreciate work to do.

Can do fence repairs, renovations and pretty much most things on a property, plumbing, troughs you name it I'll have a go (I improved a 25 acre Run down farm to an equestrian property).

I'm a single self-funded woman with my two sweet well behaved and travelled dogs looking to explore Qld towns and get to know people after relocating from interstate this year.
Have own FWD, caravan, horse float, mowers, chain saw, brush cutter should you want any extra jobs done - give me a list and a few modest bucks!

Previously worked in regulatory services, held security licenses, have police checks, WWC, phone references for properties minded if required.
