I am a warm, friendly mature female who owns her own 3 bedroom waterside apartment on the Sunshine Coast. I am looking to spend 6 months to a year living in Sydney, around the Mosman, Cremorne area, as my daughter is expecting her first baby, at the end of July, and I would just love to be about to give her a helping hand for a little while. As home owner myself, I understand the enormity of leaving your home in the hands of another person to look after, and recognise it is a position of great privilege. I take enormous pride in ensuring my own home is presented to a very high standard at all times and would treat your home, as I would my own, in that regard. I enjoy the outdoors, including walking (babies in prams soon :) hiking, cooking, gardening and regularly get called upon by friends who are travelling, to house sit for them. I have excellent references available on request.
