With the year coming to a close and looking ahead to 2026 and 2027. Our 12 months travelling in Tasmania finishes.
If you like to be super organised and comforted with knowing your sitters won’t cancel read through our profile. We have booked the ship back to Tasmania for September 2026 and already have a repeat sit for that time booked.
Here is a little about us. We are Stuart and Helen, and after a life of hard work and time spent enjoying great overseas adventures we have retired and taken to Australia in our motorhome. We have 3 children who each now live independently in 3 different states, this has meant we are able to explore new horizons and immerse ourselves in new communities. Over the years we have had house-sitters in our home whilst away and we understand the peace of mind and comfort that comes with knowing your pets and property are being well looked after, and returning to a clean and cared for space.

Before hitting the road we lived along the beautiful Great Ocean Road in Victoria for over 30 years. Professionally, we've achieved a lot. Running small community focused businesses and our management of motels and units in particular, have enabled us to learn what is needed to maintain a high standard of care and cleanliness.
Now is our time for adventure, relaxation and the happy life of meandering along.
We have been pet owners in the past and are both happy and confident in our care for your pets. We are healthy, active, non-smokers who are committed to looking after your home like it's our own. Good communication is one of our key priorities whilst house sitting, if you would like it we are more than happy to keep in regular contact with you while you’re away. We're also very capable, honest people who can manage on our own too if you want a true break away without the regular contact. City-living, isolated properties, small communities and regional areas are all of interest to us, both by the coast or inland.
