ABOUT US
I am a Canadian/Australian and recently moved here from America with my daughter to live with my Mum and family.

My daughter Emma is 16 and will attend Canberra College and I will be starting a Degree in Psychology at the University of Canberra in February.

We love animals and have personally enjoyed owning 3 dogs, fish and guinea pigs over the last 16 years. We are both animal lovers but my daughter is the animal whisperer in the family. She loves to cuddle, play, walk and feed them all. She is especially keen to look after chickens! I have been known to spoil my dogs from time to time which includes my last dog Stanley who slept under the blankets with his head on my pillow. Stanley was not able to join us in our move to Australia so he stayed behind with his Dad in America.

Both of us are Non-Smokers, we have owned homes and rentals in Tennessee, Florida and Upstate New York. Emma enjoys sketching, archery, photography, movies and collecting vinyl records. I enjoy reading, being with my family, writing and photography.

WHY WE ENJOY HOUSE/PET SITTING
We are interested in House Sitting to see more of our new home Canberra. We currently live with my Mum as we begin our new life together after my unexpected divorce. We both feel House & Pet Sitting will give us that much needed feel of independence as we rebuild our life here in Australia.
