Hello, my name is Annemarie and I'm a backpacker from Germany currently travelling through Australia. I'm a friendly, thrustworthy and reliable person with a deep love for animals and a calm, caring nature.
Back in Germany, I grew up with dogs, cats and horses. Currently we have a young dog (the brown one, rural mixed breed dog) , two cats and I took care of 3 other horses and an other young dog (the Black one, a hunting dog mix- breed dog). I helped both raise, train, and look after with great care and patience.
Through this, I've gained hands on experience in:
- walking and exercising dogs of different energy levels
- Feeding routines for both dogs and cats
- Cleaning litter boxes, food bowls and general pet areas
- and of course playing and cuddling
I' m also used to looking after homes while owners are away.
As a traveller, I'm always respectful of others people spaces. I dont smoke,party or bring guests. I genuinely enjoy quit evenings, long walks, and being around animals. I see house sitting not just as a way to save money but as a meaningful exchange: I get to care for beloved pets and homes while exploring different parts of Australia in more personal and local way.
I'm also very open to clear communication and will always keep you updated with photos and messages if you'd like.
