I am a healthy active 63 year old retired State Registered Nurse of clean and sober habits who is very houseproud. I am honest and responsible and I have great respect for other people’s property. I would be grateful for the opportunity to house sit your home in Perth as we wish to visit our son who lives there in shared accommodation. I can assure you that at all times your home will be our first responsibility. I am happy to carry out any administrative duties pertaining to your home during your absence and will care for your home with the same love as we do our own. My husbands sisters and family live in Brisbane and can vouch for our characters, honesty and reliability. Likewise we have close friends in Perth of good standing who would also submit character references. We have always been home owners so do not have references as tenants. We are very keen gardeners and happy to take care of your garden too. Our son lives in Perth should you wish to interview him in person on our behalf as this is our first listing and thus we do not have references for house sitting on your site. Hoping someone will screen us using the alternative suggestions I have offered in order for us to be successful in our application. Read more...
