Hello my name is Phil and I thank you for reading my ad. I am a non-smoker with a full time job as an Energy Consultant. I have my own car. My interests include long bush walks, photography, cooking, testing out new cafes discovering new places in my 4WD. I lead a quiet life being home at nights and would love it to be with an animals. I am available for short-term stays up to 2 weeks.

Living in rental properties for the last 8 years I understand the importance of respecting other people's property. If you choose me as your house sitter you have my word that it will be left clean and tidy.

I'm embarking on this journey of house sitting to discover Melbourne and surrounds in greater depth. Each Community has its own unique identity and its own story to tell.
