Hello there. Are you looking for a trusted reliable houseminder? Peace of mind, a clean house and a gentle lady companion for your special pet?

My name is Claire, I am a 38 year old female with a great deal of experience in housesitting, animal care and gardening.

I work remotely as a freelance writer & artist, in addition to a research job for a Professor from The University of Newcastle. I work seasonally in staging & production for live events, and I'm learning to do a bit of audio and lighting technician.

I spent four years in Tasmania where I studied plant biology and worked as a gardener and cleaning lady. I have worked on vegetable gardens, orchards, suburban ornamental gardens and wild farm properties along the South and East coasts.

I have lived with animals my whole life. I have experience caring for older animals, traumatised rescue animals, and those with special needs. I have cared for cats, dogs, birds, fish, pigs, chickens, roosters and once even a sea snail. I love how every animal is different, with a unique character, history and temperament.

I provide compassionate and reliable pet care whilst maintaining your space cleanly and respectfully. If desired I provide updates to owners so you enjoy consistent peace of mind whilst travelling.
