More information about this house sitter

I am a professional man retired since July '16. Later career life l was a lawyer (25 yrs), my earlier career was a nurse (16 yrs) mainly in Sydney. I grew up on a farm (actually 70,000 acre sheep station) until 16 yo. I have moved back to Mildura Victoria as this is where I was born & educated before leaving home at 16 for university in Melbourne. I still have relatives in Mildura & enjoy living here immensely & do not miss the city.
I am particularly interested in house sitting in the winter months to escape the cold in a warmer environment - I am not a big winter person.
I consider myself a very clean probably scrupulously clean & tidy person.
I do not mind sitting pets (dogs) as they can provide a form of twice daily exercise with walking & I enjoy their unconditional love. Other critters such as chooks, birds & cats are also acceptable.
As I am studying a language online I need access to the internet but have my own computer & printer which I can carry with me in anywhere. I also drive a 2016 Holden ute so transport is covered & I pack it with my junk for any sojourn that I may go on.
I have friends in Melbourne & Sydney especially so like to visit both cities from time to time & I like to stay, not with my friends, but somewhere (usually a motel) where I can have my own space.
