I am a 60 year-old, non-smoking, single male with over ten years continuous experience as a house-sitter for over 25 different home-owners. I am clean, tidy, conscientious and responsible. I enjoy gardening, am experienced in pool maintenance and quite happy looking after any pets or animals. I am a pensioner because I am slowly recovering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Although my CFS limits my capacity for full-time work it does not prohibit me from being able to perform all house-hold tasks, including daily walks with the family dog. In fact, it makes me an ideal house-sitter in that I spend most of my day-time at home and I am always at home at night.
Any of the home-owners by whom I have previously been engaged would be happy to act as referees, if required. A Police Check is also available.
For the moment I am not available until mid-year,2017.
