Hi, I’m JD,
I have been house sitting regularly for the last several years while I travelled throughout WA, SA & Qld. I have looked after dogs, cats, birds, chickens & even goats! I really enjoy being able to take care of other people’s pets & as I am self-employed & work from home, they are great to have around when you need a little break or distraction from the work side of things!
I am a reliable, tidy & respectful person & I take care of other people’s pets & home like they were my own & I always make sure I leave the home clean & tidy. I am in my mid 40’s, a non-smoker & I really enjoy keeping very fit & active whether it be running, cycling or hiking.
I am currently building things up with my work over the next couple of years while I stay based in WA then I plan to travel overseas for several years mid 2023 & house sitting allows me some quiet time to focus on both my work & my planning for my overseas travels.
I have references from previous house sits that I done through word of mouth & from when I was previously on mindahome.
