We are a neat tidy couple that respect other peoples possessions to a greater degree than the high standard we set for our own.
My background in maintenance and our previous experience in renovating our houses gives us a good grounding for any unexpected repairs that may arise. We have our own self contained caravan and would have minimal requirements to access the property.
We are non smokers and live a quiet life enjoying walks and fishing.
