Hello, we’re Jen, John and our newest addition: our 6-month-old son/sun Forest.

We’re digital nomads currently based in Anglesea, Victoria, but are yearning to venture to warmer year-round climes.

Jen is a journalist and copywriter, and John is a web designer and developer.

We’ve house/pet sat around the world throughout the past three years. We’ve looked after Bulan the cat in Jimbaran, Nacho the golden retriever in Balangan, Buffy the Chihuahua in Nambucca Heads and a beautiful beachside property in Barwon Heads.

We’ve always grown up around animals and nature, both coming from country backgrounds in regional Victoria. We believe the simple things are the good things: cooking, good conversation, music, catch ups with loved ones and the outdoors. Jen begins her day with yoga and a beach walk, and likes to read, write and tend to her indoor plants. John is a surfer, runner, sewer and likes building things from scratch, like his computer and 3D printer. Our Forest is a total chiller, and an inquisitive soul who is happy to ride along with us and take it all in. A total joy.

Our philosophy on housesitting is simple: we look after others’ homes and pets as though they are their own. And we provide updates to keep you in the loop and in your happy holiday zone while you’re away.
