My husband and I have both recently turned 60 and are looking at retiring on the Sunshine Coast. We have purchased some land but will need some time to familiarise ourselves with the area. We are both non smokers and non drinkers and live very quiet lives. We have no pets to worry about and all our children have moved on and are settled in their own lives.
