Hi. Gavin and I are from Coonawarra in South Aust. I am a retired primary school teacher and Gavin is a winemaker. From 2020 onwards, we look forward to house sitting in the Qld Burleigh Heads area so that we can share some time with our precious grandchildren and family. Caring for your house and pets gives our visits a sense of purpose and the independence to indulge 'time' in your house, garden and animals - whatever is required. We are both 'hands on', non smokers, clean living and very adaptable. Since we are both from professional backgrounds, and are well known in our small town community, gaining references is not a problem. During our travels, it is usually us who are seeking house sitters. On this occasion, as our time becomes freer we would ultimately like to become trusted regular 'go to' sitters for couples/families who live in and around our daughters neighborhood in Burleigh. At this stage, due to distances involved we would be looking at 3 or 4 house sits per year with a minimum 2 week period. Many thanks and we look forward to hearing from you.
