Good Day

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Julianne and I attach a recent photograph for you, some pics of the animals I have minded, and a copy of a National Police Check Certificate. I also have my own transport.

I am a friendly mature age lady, very caring, fit and healthy, competent, easy going, non-smoker, quiet and extremely reliable and trustworthy. I am a really clean living person who is neat and tidy in the house and yard (I love plants!). I have two children :-), a girl aged 34 years and a boy aged 32 years whom I love dearly though they no longer live with me.

I decided to become a House Sitter as I feel it would suit my lifestyle immensely. I work a bit of part time online, and therefore have no commitments to outside permanent work. I am actually based on the Sunshine Coast, and have lived in Caloundra on and off for most of my adult life so I know the Coast extremely well. I would also be available for any future house sits for you if your permanent sitter is unavailable. I am more than happy to undertake any other odd jobs while enjoying my stay at your home, e.g. gardening, pool maintenance, mowing, composting, worm farm, watering pot plants, cleaning, mail collection, etc., and I am used to living on acreage and taking care of the associated tasks involved with country living.

I have to be honest in saying that I love all animals dearly and have had a lifetime of experience with dogs, cats, birds (I love bird watching!), chookies, etc. I am really looking forward to having the joy of staying with and caring for any pets I will be looking after, and I am very experienced with observing and obtaining treatment for animals that are elderly, out of sorts or those that require special medication.
