More information about this house sitter

We are a married couple, been together over 40 years, have 3 children, all newly married. We have recently sold our family home of 34 years, and have signed up to a beautiful new townhouse to be built by the beach. We therefore have some time to fill in, and available to sit houses. We are active, (golf, swimming, surfing, walking) we don't currently have pets, as our family pet died and we have been too busy to start the new pet process...but maybe when we're in the townhouse. We are both pretty easy going, and are looking forward to this new "sea change"
We haven't really done this sort of thing before, (minding houses) but we're reliable, don't have wild parties and respectful of others.
