Hi All,
I house-sat and cared for others beloved pets for almost 2 years full-time in in 2016 and 2017 in the Northern Beaches before moving to my own 18-acre property in the NSW Northern Rivers.

Probably, the best reference is that over that 2-year period I was invited back to many of the houses for two or more blocks of time.

I am comfortable with giving medications, walking your doggies, and accommodating your fur and feather babies’ individual needs. With 2 years full-time sitting experience plus a lifetime of having companion and farm animals, you can imagine I have cared for many temperaments and personalities ranging from shy and anxious, the outgoing, the relaxed, and the high-spirited.

I will take care of your home, garden, and pets as if they were our own. I love to keen garden and have always had an extensive vegetable patch, fruit trees, and gardens.
I lived in Tasmania for 26 years and am considering returning. I still have a couple of clients and a daughter and visit regularly.
I am registered architect who was a company director in Hobart but returned to study to complete a doctorate which I am currently re-writing as a book for publication. My work is about issues to do with designing environments for ageing well, building community and places of connection and belonging. I work from home.
My two lovely daughters are grown up and left home. I have a kelpie rescue girl and if she is unable to stay with me, she stays with my ex-partner. I grew up with a menagerie of pets, strays and injured wildlife. I am a non-smoker.
I am super organised, clean, tidy, trustworthy, and conscientious. I can provide police checks and references.
Most importantly, I love animals and will make sure your fur babies don’t miss you too much so that you can enjoy your time away.
