ARE YOU READY for that well earned long-service holiday; perhaps you have an overseas business trip planned; or you simply just want to get away for a while;

No matter your reason, if you need someone to 'sit' your home while you are away, SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST, then check us out; we are clean and tidy and very trustworthy. Then, while you are away, you can rest easy knowing that your home, your pets and your garden are being well looked after.

ABOUT KATH & DAVID
We have three adult offspring (2b, 1g) who've all flown the coup. We have one son and his wife working/living in Townsville with their four beautiful daughters; and we just love to spend sometime with them, of course not neglecting duties at the house sit.
We are both non-drinkers,
Kath has worked as a nurse and then as a carer, while David has owned and operated a NAUI scuba-dive/snorkel & fishing equipment store in SA;
We are now both retired.

WHEN AND WHERE
We love to house sit in the Townsville area, and we are presently looking for longer term sits of four weeks or longer.
David does voluntary work for an indigenous Christian mission organisation based in Mareeba. We would like a longer sit to give us the opportunity to 'test' our suitability to the summer season in Far North Queensland, before a possible full time move.
It will also enable us, Kath in particular, to have some quality time with our 'granddies', as well as some time visiting North Queensland's natural wonders.

HOUSE SITTING EXPERIENCE
We have been house sitting for several years now and have met some wonderful people. We have house sat in both Townsville and Melbourne; from a business couple in Townsville's West End, a young doctor and her elderly cat in Mentone, Vic; a Townsville police officer and his wife, in Wulguru, a retired geological engineer and his wife and an Army Officer's wife and daughter, and our most recent, a single mum, daughters and parents in Hermit Park.
