I am an active 68 year old. I am a widow. I have three sons, 38, 35 and 33. I live in Inverell, northern NSW. I love gardening, sewing, painting, travelling, music and meeting people. My husband was a farmer/grazier so our children were brought up there and had a wonderful childhood. John, my husband, passed away in 2012 from cancer. I now live in Inverell and look after my son's dog, Misty. I grew up with pets and as a family we have always had pets as in cats and dogs. I maintain my own home as in gardening and lawn mowing. I retired in 2014 after working in the Department of Education after nearly 30 years. I worked in admin at one of the high schools and then one of the public schools as Admin Manager until I retired. I now work casually at a little boutique which is something completely different and that I love. I started art in 2019 and am enjoying learning to paint. I have done many paintings now and enjoy "getting out of my comfort zone"! I love travelling and have been overseas three times at this stage.
