Hi homeowners!
My name is Kristen, I’m a responsible, reliable and clean house sitter who has a genuine affection for all animals and a love for plants, gardens and all living things.

A little about me:
I am a mature dual citizen Australian-American who has been living in NT & QLD for 12 years. I have been working in admin and tourism between QLD & NT

I would love to look after your home and pets in exchange for a place to stay while you are away. I am dependable and respectful of others and their belongings and can stick to a routine. I have had a variety of animals to look after throughout my life: cats, rabbits, dogs, fish, rats, chickens, cows and even a tortoise! as well as various indoor & outdoor plants.

I was also a homeowner here on mindahome in 2017-2019 when my beloved cat, Wally was with us. I have met some wonderful housesitter’s throughout the years and know what it takes to be one myself. I understand the concerns, wants and needs of a homeowner and for your furbabies to be looked after as if they are my own.

My experience living overseas and living amongst different cultures has given me a deep respect for people and their homes.
I am very quiet and clean. Not only will I respect your home, but I will respect your neighbours as well.

I understand the importance of maintaining a routine that your fur babies are used to, and will keep them well loved in your absence.

I can provide you with updates while you are away on how your home and furbabies are doing so that you have peace of mind.
