Hello Sydneysiders,
We are Lana and Joel, both 30 years old, living in Sydney.
I am Australian with Russian background and Joel is Argentinian. We met in Buenos Aires 1.5 years ago and are now both settled in Sydney for the foreseeable future.
We LOVE animals, especially dogs. Joel has had dogs since he was 3 years old, and during his life has looked after and loved four dogs! In Buenos Aires, Joel volunteered in a dog refuge home for lost, hurt or abandoned dogs on weekends for several years.
I have always adored dogs and have a special connection with cats. I had two budgies as a kid, but that was only because we lived in an apartment!
We would be delighted to house sit while looking after your pets and gardens! We are very down to earth, respectful, clean.
One of the things we love to do most is wake up early and watch the sunrise at the beach or anywhere beautiful. We are active and fit, so will be taking your dogs on medium-long walks, if that suits you!
Professionally, I am a headhunter/executive search consultant and I work full time, Monday-Friday, 9-6pm in the CBD. Joel works part time in manual labour and maintenance and has a more flexible schedule so will sometimes be at home during the day, and will give your pet the attention and TLC they want! We have a car so are mobile, and don't mind house sitting up North, down South, anywhere really, as long as the commute into town is no longer than about an hour (one way).
I have experience house sitting, and we are both very conscious of hygiene and cleanliness.
Rest assured, you will be happy with us as your trusted house sitters.
