I am a single, female professional who works mostly from home. I am extremely neat - always make the bed, wash up and take the garbage out each day.

I am a non smoker who enjoys pets, including dogs that need to be walked and I especially love cats and they generally love me.

I am a bit of an introvert so you won't catch me having rowdy parties.

I am not much of a lawn mower so I would probably hire someone to do that if it was required, at my own expense.

However, I am very much a green thumb in every other way and will enjoy looking after your plants and garden.

I own property that has been rented so I am well aware of how important it is to have someone who won't abuse your home. Hence, I will treat your home with the respect with which I treat my own and which I always hope I will get from my tenants!
