Hello, my name is Linda, and I’d love the opportunity to care for your pets and your home. I’m originally from New Zealand and grew up with a variety of animals—rabbits, guinea pigs, bantams, ducks, birds, fish, mice, cats, and dogs. My parents owned a cattery, which I helped with, and my passion for animals has only grown over the years. I’ve studied veterinary nursing and have spent time volunteering in Borneo, caring for orphaned orangutans.
I’ve travelled widely, and while living in the UK, I volunteered at a wildlife sanctuary on weekends, looking after foxes, deer, rabbits, birds, badgers, and more. I’m comfortable with animals of all breeds and sizes. I’ve had pets of my own and have been pet sitting since June 2024—you might have seen me around Mosman walking Bailey Boy the Spoodle, the only dog at the park who prefers to be on leash!
Spending time with animals is something I truly enjoy, but due to my current living situation, I can’t have pets of my own right now. That’s why caring for your pets would mean a lot to me. I understand that pets may need time to adjust to someone new, and I’m patient and attentive to their needs, always aiming to make them feel comfortable.
