I am a professional accounts manager who has recently been transferred to WA to ensure a seamless transition for the business which is expanding in WA. I will be arriving on Monday 13th February and have to return to Melbourne for 6 weeks on the 24th March, and as such I am unwilling to enter into a rental agreement until I have had an opportunity to determine where I would like to live for the remainder of my tenure. I have owned my own home for 16 years and value safety and security. I respect other people's property and would ensure your home was kept in the same manner that I found it in. I am a clean, neat and tidy person who likes to read & excercise.
