More information about this house sitter

We are a family of 5 with kiddies aged 2, 3 and 10. We're travelling this great country of ours in our caravan and enjoying some quality time as a family.
We have sold our house in Tassie and have already spent the past 4 months travelling around our home state and we hit the mainland in August.
We have previously owned homes on 12+ acres with animals such as a cat, dogs, cows, chickens and sheep.
We are planning on spending the next 14 months completing our lap of Oz and can't wait to see what amazing adventures are ahead of us!
A pic of our rough plan for travelling our lap is attached (please bear in mind that we are heading in a clockwose direction which will have us leaving Adelaide at the end of November and hitting Victoria in December of next year) and we would love to hear from anyone needing some house-sitting help that may line up with our timeframe ?
