Hi!
My name is Liz, I am a local to Darwin, and I want to look after your place!
I am moving back to my parents house before I head interstate later this year, and would love to maintain my independence by every now and then looking after your property.
I love animals having lived with them all my life. Horses, cats, dogs, snakes, chickens, you name it, I've looked after it.
I am studying part time, and working full time, so I do spend most of my time after work at home getting stuck in to my assignments, which is great for you if you have pets at home!
I have been renting properties for 8 years, references can be provided by my last real-estate.
For two of these years, I had purchased my own home. I lived on 6 acres, which required tending to the gardens and property a few times a week. As I have had my own mortgage, I can guarantee i understand the stresses of leaving your home in someone else's care, and wanting to arrive home in the same condition you left it.

Please note that i won't be available in Melbourne until Late Jan/Early Feb :)
