I'm a mature home-owner, giving myself a year to try out new environments while I decide whether or not to sell my own property in the Lismore area, which unfortunately has a backdrop of traffic noise.
Earlier in the year I was caring for the deliciously peaceful home of travelling friends, and from Sept-Dec was travelling myself, both in Australia and overseas. I'm now looking for another home to mind-- one that is free from the ongoing buzz of traffic, generators & other machinery, loud neighbours with bad musical taste...you get the idea!

As far a location goes, I'm open to all possibilities! For the longer term I'd prefer to stay within not-too-onerous-commuting distance of Lismore, but quiet & tranquil surroundings are most the important qualities of the place I'm seeking. (which might be found--as I've recently discovered--in unexpected places, both IN town settings and OUT of town.) 🏡
Of course, whether as housesitter or tenant, I'm happy to care for gardens & animals as well as homes, and can offer glowing references from the owners of previous places I've minded.
