I am a 41 year old teacher and my husband is a 36 year old in mining logistics. We have a very house trained and respectful 7 year old daughter who loves animals. We are an easy going family with the added benefits of having a hubby who is obsessive about cleaning and a jack of all trades. There's nothing he can't fix or take care of. He's also an ex landscaper and thrives on taking care of gardens. We are looking for a one off house-sitting assignment while we wait to move into our own place, however we have done some house sitting in NZ and the owners were just blown away with how well we kept the place. We are looking in the Mount Helena/Chidlow/Sawyers Valley/Mundaring areas of Perth :)
