I’m a quiet, calm, mature person, don't smoke, or do drugs.
I never play loud music, so I would never annoy any neighbours
I'm a responsible honest, reliable and trustworthy handy man (I have a mechanical background)
I have been house sitting now for nearly 3 years in 4 different properties.
Its been an absolute privilege in looking after peoples homes and in some cases there pets.
It has also given me the opportunity to stay and explore different towns in different states

I'm also empathetic towards your requirement, because I know how precious your home is to you, having owned one myself in Melbourne, so I would treat your house with the same love and respect that I had for mine

I will keep your property clean, tidy, and organised, both inside as well as outside, including lawn, garden, pool etc
