I am a tidy, book-worm-hermit, most often found quietly lost in a book, keeping pets company, and homes tidy & secure throughout Brisbane City.

As an only child from quite a large family I have been taking care of family, family friends and other peoples homes and pets from the age of 15 (20years). There has not been an animal too shy or moody that hasn't warmed to me yet. Or a house too messy or clean that hasn't been left with an added shine from my presence, but everything left in its place of course.

I truly believe in what my grandmother raised us all with... "Leave a place better than you found it, even if there is housekeeping, they too, appreciate your help. Kindness, pay it forward".

I joined this site with advice on my father's recommendations, as he knows a lot of people looking for reliable house minders.

Looking forward to caring for your sanctuary as though it were one of my loved ones.

*Dogs & Cats
A variety of small to large canines/felines, with personalities ranging from separation anxiety to catch me if you can. Have also managed different medical treatments from chronic disease to recent rehabilitation.

*Fish
As a passionate ocean conservationist and SCUBA master I love fresh or saltwater tanks. Although every tank and every species have different requirements, I will require specifics of specialised systems.

*Birds, Peacocks/hens & Guineafowl
Have worked in aviaries and understand the importance of clean water and cages, to keep them happy and healthy, if they enjoy flying free, I enjoy letting them. (Windows closed of course).

*Rabbits
Haven't cared for more than two at a time yet.

*Guinea Pigs
Like most of us, these guys require a tidy home and good nourishment too.

*Reptiles
Limited, but open to increasing experience.

*Horses & Goats
Had an Arab mare with attitude as a teenager that I loved, and still amazes my Mum that I love the smell of shoveling out the stables to this day.

*Chickens & Ducks
Have to love how easy these guys are to care for. I can collect the eggs for you and refrigerate if short stay.

*Cattle
Been a while since I milked but happy to start again. Know and understand the importance of fence inspections and shutting gates. Have been known to round up cattle off the pacific motorway fearlessly and quickly.
